3. WhatsApp Business Platform
KirimHub may integrate with the WhatsApp Business Platform provided by Meta. When users connect a WhatsApp Business Account, messages and related delivery information may be processed by Meta according to Meta's applicable terms and policies.
Users are responsible for ensuring that contacts have provided proper consent or opt-in before receiving business-initiated messages. Users must also comply with WhatsApp Business Messaging policies, template rules, and opt-out requirements.
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We may share limited information only when necessary to:
- Provide the service through hosting, database, payment, or messaging infrastructure providers.
- Connect with third-party messaging platforms authorized by the user.

Users must only upload and message contacts who have agreed to receive communications. If a contact asks to stop receiving messages, users must honor that request and remove or mark the contact as opted-out.

We retain account, contact, campaign, and message log data for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain business records. Users may request deletion or correction of data by contacting us.
7. Data Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or disclosure. However, no system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Users are responsible for keeping account credentials and API tokens confidential.
8. User Responsibilities

- Protect API tokens, login credentials, and customer data.
- Comply with applicable messaging, privacy, and anti-spam rules.
